Purchase desired character directly In this work you can purchase the character you want in the billing item diamond directly. There are also gacha using bond points that you can get in the game, and there are characters that can only be gotten by Tsubasa gacha.

I seriously doubt that the new starters are related to the old ones since the lore never mentiones any of them having affairs, and all of the old starters did die pretty early anyways.
The new starters do kind of remind me of the summoner avatars from the third arc. Fire one does look pretty cool I'll admit.
